Laughter For a Lifetime

Do you know why
for a lifetime I have
happiness and laughter?

Because several years ago,
I accepted Jesus Christ
as my lifetime Savior.

It was by far the
smartest thing I
could ever have done.

I am so thankful
that God gave his son
for our salvation.

He was taken, and
put on a cross.
He didn't deserve it!

They beat him, bruised
and then nailed him
to a wooden cross.

They waited for him
to just die.
They never helped him!

How could they be
so cruel to our Savior?
Look at what he did for us.

Do we deserve it?
Not at all.
He's perfect, unlike us.

After he died, he was
put in a tomb.
Stone placed in front.

Three days later,
as he promised.
He rolled the stone
away and rose up.

A miracle? It seemed like.
He said he was
going to do it!

But did we believe him?
He's never lied to us
before, why would be now?

He died, rose up all for what?

His sinful children
to have salvation,
and to have
"laughter for a lifetime"

We owe more than
our lives to him.

If not for our salvation,
But, remember he gave us,
"happiness for a lifetime"

We have laughter for a lifetime.
