Paradise

Can you tell me what it's like?
Up there in Paradise?
To be with the Lord,
But away from the ones you've left behind.

Is Paradise everything they say it is?
Something so wonderful,
There is no explaining.

Can you show me a preview?
A glimpse of that new life?
I want to know,
Need to know,
Please tell me, let me know.

Will Paradise take me in?
Will the Lord open the gates for me?
Do I need to change my ways?
Do whatever I must do to please.

Save me a seat,
I may be joining you soon.
Tomorrow isn't promised,
So I live my life with my precious time.

    Excellent work. I think that if we would all be honest, we wonder what it is like in heaven, would it be better than earth, are there really angels, will we really see our loved ones and be reunited. The last verse has a very powerful message, live each day to the fullest because we may not be here tomorrow. Good job. 5/5
