Thinking of leaving

by RoseBlood   Feb 14, 2009

Where are you?
Can you see me through your hazel eyes?
What did you do?
You sleep, but it's just a disguise.

Are you afraid to face me?
To tell me where you've been?
Are you afraid of my reaction?
Do you think I'd be giving you a lection?

I'm tired of picking up your pieces.
I'm tired of believing in your lies.
I'm tired of waiting for your change.
I'm tired of being filled with rage,

Why do you pretend you're asleep?
When I can hear you slowly weep.
I need you while you pretend you're lost.
I want you while you act like a ghost.

If you don't stand up to show me you're there
If you don't stop acting like you're nowhere
I swear I'll do the way I'm thinking
And you should know that now I'm thinking of leaving.
