Immortal Eyes

Immortal Eyes
:Endymion

He had lost his wings
And removed of his rights,
He chose to be on earth
And left heaven's light

He descends away with no regrets,
Across the stars, planets, the space,
To earth he plummet without fear,
Closed his eyes and took a brace

A fallen angel he had become
Outlived time itself for her to come,
He had dreamed of her mortal soul
And of her existence making him whole

Heaven and hell could`nt change his mind
Against divine faith, he chose her side,
A choice that would soon turn against him
Because, for her, death always abides

Not soon but time would tell
The passing of years, months and days,
Never did he faltered even a second
Showing his love in the simplest of ways

He`d look at her and smile
And that alone spells affection
And that alone overwhelms their heart,
Nothing would seem to set them apart

As she chase years, months and days
Age would shadow upon her face
Restlessness lies behind his smile,
Comfort he seeks through her embrace

The stars keep him company every night
As he prays alone with nothing but tears,
No words, none to describe what he feels,
Thought of losing her engulfs him in fear

Heaven and hell hides sorrow in silence
And nothing amidst could bear sadness,
When the fallen angel`s love cast her depart,
Only god knows the burden of his heart

What would my days be without you here?
Your beautiful soul is in heaven indeed,
I never harbored thoughts of you afar
But now I`m worlds away from the one I need

God saw how much they long each other
In every thought they could think of,
He looked at them and understand
No words could ever define - love

-o-

He gained back his wings
And given back his rights
Swiftly he left earth
To be with her in heaven`s light

new entry after gazillion years.
enjoy ^_^
