Don't Cry For Me

by Lost and Delirious   Feb 26, 2009

It starts with an earthquake,
and it awakens my now undead heart.

My eyes cry dry,
and my skin cuts raw.

It I'm not here tomorrow,
all I ask is that you don't cry for me!

I see through your fakeness,
I see through your smile.

You may be crying,
but you don't care.

You see me cry,
and ask "what's wrong?"
I say, "everything,"
you don't even try to help.

You could watch me die,
and not shed a tear.

So if I'm not here tomorrow,
all I ask is that you don't cry for me.
