One more day

Words unsaid.
Things undone.
Give me one more day.
To show him i care.

Thought i had all the time in the world.
Then one day he just wasn't there.

I think about him all the time.
I miss him and always will.

I pray for him every single night.
Wishing and crying still.

After all these years that he has been gone.
It feels like yesterday.

I expected him there.
I wasn't told..
That he wouldn't be back again.
