Truely Fear.

Did I say hold a pen from ear to ear?
Or was it the knife, controlling my life.
That I truly fear.
And I could let it go, if I chose to let it flow.
But what? Oh what to flow?
The ruby red blood to seep from my very veins,
is to flow down the sides of my cheeks,
my arms and body parts,
I'm a liar you say, but I'll throw it your way.
These lines are dripping ruby red,
She has a map on her face.
Let it go, let it flow.
And follow that map, slowly enough.
I know, for sure this is real, this pain I feel.
This is just building up,
each day at a time, before I finally crack.
And pick up that knife and cut from ear to ear.
See if thats what you truly fear.
