To Be A Child

by noraida   Mar 8, 2009

Life of a child is not as simple or as easy as many see it.
Hoping to be a child, for there are no worries and no hard work.

But as adults we are wrong.
Well! Let me open your eyes to reality.

In there eyes they carry the hurt.
Wondering when will mommy and daddy will stop the argument.
Why daddy won't come and get me, doesn't he love me anymore?
Why mommy left me behind if i didn't do anything wrong.

To hear about children working in the streets just to help to put food in the table.

Abuse,Neglect,Hunger, and homeless words that shadow their innocent life's.

I would love to be a child again, a phrase that hate and anger have managed to destroy.
In what world we live in, that an angel is no longer save.
