My Red Eyes

by Curing the Comon Cliche   Mar 12, 2009

Choking on words
Don't feel enough to push sound through my throat
Keep coming back and taking a bite
Out of my already bleeding body
Like a cruel predator
No reason for the torment
But reasons are for prey
My bloody vision is what you want
Then why don't you attack my eyes
Crippled in the snow
Stalking in the trees
Snow is such a pretty place to bleed out
The contrast makes it picturesque
I would assume
I can't see contrast
Cause all I do is put red fingers on your wrists
Isn't that right?
Isn't
That
Picturesque?
Poetic?
Pity inspiring?
Perfect.
