I Miss That Little Girl

I sit in my room
Crying and feeling so alone
Wondering when this pain will end
Wondering where did it all go wrong

I was such a happy girl
No worries
I bounced around my house, laughing
I didn't have a care in the world.

Pain, Hurt and sadness
Seem to hit me straight away
When was the last time i smiled?
When was the last time i laughed?

I now look in my mirror
and as much it pains to me say
That girl looking back
Just simply can't be me

My face is distraught
My Heart is breaking
My hands are trembling
My life is a dead end

I search for that little girl
Praying one day she will surprise me
Hoping she will return back to me because
I miss that little girl.
