Hold Me

by Noir Fleur   Apr 10, 2009

Hold me as I try
to sleep without you at night.
Hold me as I fly
and hope with all of my might.
Hold me as I cry
about the bad things in my life.
Hold me as I spy
on the disturbed, hidden strife.
Hold me as I creep
through the wide, open door.
Hold me as I weep
in a tedious heap upon the floor.
Hold me as I peep
not one silent sound.
Hold me as I sleep
and journey to lands unfound.
Hold me as I maul
and tear up the arduous task.
Hold me as I crawl
towards the light to bask.
Hold me as I bawl
and slip into uncertainty.
Hold me as I fall
into a fiery abyss of eternity.
