Its amazing how things change
things that once were are no longer
and things that you thought would never be actually happen
I've discovered this, you see
that in times of great sadness and peril
the true friends really stand out
Now, william is an odd kid
one might even say nerdy
Always quiet and to himself
never really showing any true emotion
His entire being is a shell
a hard exterior to hide himself
no one has seen the real william
no one but me
When i first met this guy
I thought he was kind of cool
then i saw how he interacted with others
and found why they dislike him so
He's akward around people
His social skills are lacking
so because of that he hides himself
shielded from reality
He spends his time in the astral relm*
pursuing the personalitys of his
never really paying much mention to those around him
Now you see, this is what he was, for all the time i've known him
but now, the annoying boy who i never really could understand is finally opening up
little by little I'm seeing the will i always wanted to know
I've developed a crush for this boy
I've asked myself many times why this is
but i've never come out with a real reason
Is is the way he talks?
or the way he does his hair?
I think it might be that he understands me
much more than the others
I've tried to show him my affection
but again, he knows no emotion
so he was blind to my attempts
leaving me empty handed and broken hearted
For a month or so he was constantly cranky
and always avoided hanging out with us
The reason?
My friends accused him of liking me.
Made fun of him for it
So after I finally get him to understand, my friends shoo it away
leaving me again, empty handed and broken hearted
But much recently, he's been changing
No longer does he avoid my hugs
no longer does he walk past without noticing me
no longer is he cranky
and no longer does he hide from us
but it is this week that the changes are most prodominant
You see, Storm always has the most feelings for my crushes
so she'd always try flirting with him
Of corse, being the boy he was, he'd freak out and back away
but in her recent attempts, there has been a change
no more backing up
no more freaking out
sure, he'll smile and shake his head
but that's a lot different from what he once was
Its like he finally understands
he had an epiphany

He's finally growing up
Storm needs love and a little bit of lust to get by in this world
to keep her energy up so she doesnt fade away
Now, being single poses a problem to that
She's always in need of energy
One day, at lunch, she and william are talking
sitting side by side
and Storm leans her head on his shoulder and sighs
Instead of brushing her off, he lets her rest her head and asks if she's alright
She says she's low on energy and he asks if he can do anything to help
She looks at him with a "are you stupid?" look
He knows very well what storms needs are
"Really now will? I dont want you to do anything you dont want to," she says
"Well... What if i told you I wanted to help?" He responds
"You know what that entails, dont you?"
william nods
"Anything to help"
He smiles, and then we notice something
His cheeks are red
his heart is beating faster than usual
it has since storm laid her head on his shoulder
Can this be?
The boy without emotion falling in love?
"So let me get this straight. You get made fun of for liking me and then you run away, and now you want to do something that will arouse those taunts even more?" Storm asks him, still unbelieving.
"Storm, its fine. We could just find a secluded place where no one will see us. Plus, whats one kiss gonna do?" He smiles, and his faces gets a little bit redder.
At this point, even storm is blushing. She turns away and says "Yeah, ok. But uhm... lets wait until friday. After school. Before anime club. That way... no one will be around."
He smiles once again and says "Sure thing. Its a date"
