Nightmare

“Nightmare”
Here we go again
The screaming begins
I start tossing and turning
Just wanting it to end

No matter what i do
They will not stop
They scream and yell
Till their voices give out

I start flipping and stirring
Trying to shake them from my mind
Not wanting them in
Trying to keep them from controlling my mind

The screaming dies down
Quiet fills the air
I find myself wishing
This was just another nightmare
