She's No Longer

by lonelydreamer   Apr 30, 2009

In the dark
She sits alone
Eyes all watery from her tears
Ready to end it
The blade in her hand
And her wrist full of cuts
She tells herself
"One more cut will end it all"
Her hand starts trembling
Too afraid to do it
She asks herself
"What if i can't do it"
"I'll have to live in this hell"
The thought goes through her head
Her hand stops trembling
She's not afraid anymore
She drives the blade into her wrist
Deeper and Deeper every second
So much blood is coming out
She knows she has done it
"I'll finally be able to leave this hell"
She's no longer alone
She's no longer crying
She's no longer in hell

I know how it feels to truly want to leave this earth, cut make it all go away, but nothing comes without a price and the best is yet to come. nice poem
