The police answered a called
A body found by the underpass
They pulled up and saw her
Wondering what her story was
They looked in missing person
And ran her finger prints
But nithing came back to
Tell them who she is
They looked for clues and answers
But nothing came to light
How could a pretty girl die Or go missing
And no one is looking
A body was laid in an unmarked grave
With no name or head stone
No one cried a tear
And no one will ever even know
That a girl found dead was buried
And they found no one mourned her death
How could a person go through life
ANd never touch another soul
If only for a while
Did anyone ever care that she was gone
I see a girl who was unknown
She left no mark on this world
She just faded away
