We've Died

by Marissa   May 10, 2009

The love has died, been dead for years, yet we continue to yearn for something that isn't there, untouchable to us because it's not meant to be, learn to let go, we must, but we want love so badly, our souls would do anything to keep it intact, my heart has slipped through your fingers, and into the darkness, the pain bearing down on me, the tears endless, our love's love has died, we try to fight it, but it has already taken over, two hearts, two beings torn apart, not knowing what true love is, just lustful pleasure, our eyes condemned us from the start, you'll always hold a piece of my heart, my being, but we've died, can't you see, let go my love, you will find your goddess that completes you, whole, and we'll both find happiness, that is somewhere waiting for us, this is fate, our destiny doesn't end on the same path, we've died, yes, we've died.
