Burden

by RoseBlood   May 12, 2009

Remember the warm summer days
Overwhelmed beach by the extreme heats
When we were caressing our bodies
Kissing wordlessly our sweaty lips

Remember how I was lying on top of you
Like on a hard cold stone
Than I'd rise my head to feel the up-coming wave
Letting the cold wind freeze my bones

Could you feel the same scent
of the breeze like you felt it then?

Memories are often a huge burden
for the one who has to live with them.
