Linger No More

by Miss Megan   May 20, 2009

Enraptured by your very presence,
your face is lastingly in my mind.
I'm standing right in front of you;
why am I so hard to find?

Your voice is so enticing;
you are the center of each thought.
Reminders bite at my heels constantly;
how can you have forgot?

Your reminiscence lingers still;
I want know what you know.
Tell me, please, how you did it,
because I just can't let you go.
