Silence Skin Deep

by SilentSuicide   May 22, 2009

A cold mist of pain washes over me.
It shrieked in my ears until they began to burn.
Like Nails scratching on a chalk board,
Blood flows from the fingertips.

I feel the silence dig into my flesh.
I shake the world as the lost and lonely.
Misery loves company
And mine is no where to be found.

To be determined my agony's end.
Sinking deeper and deeper into my soul.
Suffocating me with whispers of terror
yet i feel the need to please them all.

They speak of things i never knew.
Things i never wish to believe.
With no one around to enforce the negative
My choices remain limited.

I scan this empty cell for any signs of life.
Spots on the wall, they are warm.
They were once here, in this cell of horror.
and they left me to rot in it alone.
