Paper...

by Charles   Jun 6, 2009

Piece of paper and pen but words I seem to lack...
She said goodbye, candles dimming, walls turning black.

3am, gazing at the stars, watching them move so freely without pain, hurt or loss...as the sky turns to ash, yet the moons glow shines down on her brighter and brighter...Not a single word written on this paper.

9am, Eyes bloodshot, face emotionless body numb...
asking myself over and over again what did I do wrong... papers blank as my mind, scribbles and doodles, what do I say to her?

2pm, driving to work, It hit me like bricks I cannot change what happened or how she feels, but a simple word can mean so much... She wants to be loved. Three little words couldn't of made her any happier, I wrote down simply, I love you on the paper
