A Mothers Plea

by She Is Now Gone Away   Jun 9, 2009

Trying to reach out for her son
Wishing everything would just be done
But nothing she can do
Till a morning comes a day a new
Crying on the phone
Yet all she gets is a dial tone
When all she wants is to reach out
But all she gets is doubt
As he only kills her slowly
And knows he'll get there surely
As she lays there crying
Wishing she was dying
Due to his mind game
That he uses to try and get into her brain
While their son has no clue
That his mother is feeling blue
But maybe God will open this father's heart
So he can stop tearing things apart
And feel the pain
That he once thought was his gain
