Cry and walk away

by Amber   Jun 9, 2009

The blood flow to her heart seemed to have stopped when she got the note.
She had a sinking feeling deep in her mind but she still opened it.
Reading it, her eyes began to swell and she choked on air in her throat.
She couldn't believe it, the truth of the words didn't want to admit.

She almost wished it to be a joke but that wouldn't come true.
Her heart shattered, stabbing itself, leaving pieces to float inside.
It felt like her blood was rushing out of her body leaving her blue.
Her heart felt like it was disappearing taking along with it her pride.

Tear after tear killed her even more. They slid of her face,
Upon her chest where her heart would be had he not took it away.
She can't help but to cry it out but it makes her feel like a disgrace.
She knows she shouldn't cry over it but she still does anyway.

She tries to tell her self he is not worth this misery and pain.
Tears still run out of her hazel eyes, God did she hate today.
She wouldn't see the sun today only rain no happiness would she gain.
She decided not to see him for the rest of the day so cried and walked away.
