When Your Become Us, You'll See Why We Cry

by Brittany   Jun 14, 2009

Shes waiting
For a voice
For a thought

For a sign

As time dwells, shes stressing more
Knocking on the Devil's door
Walking slowly to her death
No one knows she did her best

Compelling thoughts attack her mind
Leaving her in the depths of time
Losing faith and all hope
Pushing her down when she needed it most

Blacken eyes, deeper lies
Can't escape their painful cries
Razor blades and bloody wrists
Alcohol and nervous wits

We hurt the ones we love
And love the ones who hurt us

Tears of joy never fell
In this world she called hell
No longer happy, don't think she ever was
Terrible memories, drown her in this heart breaking flood
