She Does As He Says

She laid there motionless
Afraid to speak
She tried to fight him
But she's to weak

She's only a child
Yet she's so grown-up
He's taken her childhood
And left her messed up

She wonders why it's her
And what she's doing wrong
But when he starts beat her
She will remain strong

But nothing ever stops him
He just has his way
Her mother doesn't do a thing
