Michael Jackson

by BornAgainWriter   Jun 29, 2009

I'm sitting here listening to my speakers,
The music is screaming; touching me,
A thousand questions appear; no answers,
Dancing and singing to his Billie Jean.

My feet keep tapping on the wood floor,
Itchin' for the groove he showed us all,
Performing for us, like he did before,
And I'm just sitting here looking at the wall.

Beats; drums and the famous guitar,
Rockin' with me, as I dance in circles,
He was the king, the great Pop Star,
Tears fall and drip just like drizzles.

I imitate your famous crotch grab,
And dance, on the floor, in the 'round,
Michael, we all got haters that blab,
Your voice- such a profound sound.

I switch my feet up and tilt my hat,
Only to fall on my face doing the lean,
I stared at myself as I anxiously sat,
You're the guy, the one, the King.

The beat is slowing down a little,
You are my hero- you're still alive,
The moon walk was frikkin' cruel,
So was the group Jackson Five.

I used to try and dance like michael when i was little. lol. i used to practice so much i'm actually pretty good now. lol. my favorite stanza was:
I switch my feet up and tilt my hat,
Only to fall on my face doing the lean,
I stared at myself as I anxiously sat,
You're the guy, the one, the King.

I used to dance exactly like him growing up. And my family hasn't stopped talking about it lately. But he is my favorite singer. 5/5
