Mirror on the floor

"STOP! LEAVE ME ALONE!"
She says as she's kicking and screaming
Wake up from this bloody nightmare
Tell me your only dreaming

Punching and clawing
as blood drips from your face
"I'M DONE!" you scream
No longer is this your safe place

Running to your room,
in the dark you cry
No longer is this your haven
All you want is to die

Misery loves company
And it's you that he wants
Love & happiness you'll never get
Those memories, your head they'll always haunt

Room is pitch black
all but a little light
In the center is a razor
Oh how it shines so bright

Razor tight in her hand
She won't let it go
Not until her arm shows the words,
That her mouth could never show

Scared but hopeless
With no will to live
No more, she's done!
She throws in the towel and soul to give

She scraps the razor down deep
Neatly across her wrist
Finally a smile is seen
as blood shoots out like a mist

Falling near a mirror
She's finally been set free
Looking deeper into her eyes
I realized that girl is,... me
