Falling : Part 1

by Habiba Remedez   Jul 22, 2009

If time was an escapeable thing
we wold have gotten out long ago,
The imagined images in my mind sing
As they shift their focus to and fro

They have no clue of what I would do
In events to unordinary happiness
The limit line is overdue
So farewell to those cheery wishes

She stands on the brink
of knowing and not
She knows she's about to sink,
From hell's gates wrought.

The Earth is a mess
it's vertex all used up
The fallen down angel couldn't stress
how fixing it, and running would be tough.

His beautiful, angel face
struck her heart strings,
Her heart beat the pace
of frazzled nerves underwing.

The effect is maddening
His injured state is severe
she's so close to falling,
From exactly what you hear.

She can't resist his expression
but she knows she'll be hurt
Her old love was forgotten,
When the angel took his place in her heart.
