We were friends but i loved you from the start, she had never heard your name. ironically she met you and then she claimed your heart. just like last year, just the same. sure it's a different guy but it's the same routine and you always choose her in the end...

and i don't even know why i'm trying anymore, it's obvious i should drop out of the race. i'm stuck competing with her, but if i continued she'd win with ample space. there's been no problem in the past, she's taken all the guys with no regrets. and i've hidden in the shadows feeling sorry for myself..but i'll never forget, cuz you never choose me in the end.
