"A Love For Life"

Looking at the view through my window,
At the mystic haze over the land.
Early morning dew nestled upon the ground,
And the waves persistently bouncing off the sand.

My mind wonders far and away,
As I indulge in nature at her best.
In the early morning hours of the day,
When restless souls are at rest.

Still in my night wear I walk to the the peer,
Sipping my coffee as I listen to gulls sing a song.
Then the sun breaks fully over the horizon,
As early morning has now become dawn.

I smile then slightly stretching my body to its fullest,
Arching my back and laying back my head.
I yawn deeply, looking once more at the sky,
I feel complete as another day seems a story read.
