Missing you

by honeybump   Aug 3, 2009

Spending the night in this motel,
A time and place we know so well
Its just past nine
We're making up for the lost time
One epic night ahead
Leaving you in the morning is what I dread
You say we'll be okay
My heart is begging for you to stay

Won't you stay with me,
just lay with me
For once could you just promise me?
That these goodbyes won't be missed
and tomorrow in my presence you will in fact still exist.
My pillow doesn't cuddle me the way you do,
I am empty when I don't have you.
