When I Think Of You

by Patrick   Aug 4, 2009

Every time I'm feeling kind of down,
I start to frown,
Then I think of you,
And when I see your face,
It takes me to a better place,
Where I'm free,
Free to be who I strive to be,
Your like the forbidden fruit of the ancient world,
When I hug you my toes start to curl,
But I know I can't tell you how I feel,
Because it would ruin our friendship,
But oh how i wish you knew,
What I'd do for you,
Sometimes I wish you'd get a clue,
And realize I'm the best for you,
Oh girl when I think of you,
My knees start to quiver,
And my hands get shaky,
My voice gets squeaky,
We say we're best friends but only if you knew,
What I think of you.
