Once There Was This Boy

by Patrick   Oct 28, 2008

Once there was this boy,
Whom had it all,
But didn't realize it till the fall,
The fall of his family ruined it all,
You see his mother was unhappy,
And he was the only one who knew,
He thought she would feel better in a few,
But on one quite September morning he woke to find his mother dead on the garage floor,
His father screamed,
He cried they didn't know why she died,
Until they realized she had taken her own life,
The boy scream why,
The father was speechless,
The boy began to think was death knocking on his door,
Is he next to die,
Would he be like the little old lady who swallowed the fly,
He cried and cried thinking his mother didn't love him enough to stay in this world,
Until he got a call from a voice he hadn't heard in a long time,
The voice calmed him and soothed his soul,
The voice told him that his mother cared and loved him,
And that she made a mistake,
The voice told him that his mother was watching him now,
And that the boy should make her proud,
The voice belonged to the only other girl he loved his best friend, his sister, his protector...............
