Morning Baby

by Dacey Flame   Aug 4, 2009

Morning bell tolls I
Look down at your
Face grinning with
His nose and mouth and
Maybe my eyes. I will
Carry you down, where he's
Ready to take off- kiss me?
Like the picture that comes in the
Frame, world small, life crawling, I'd
Take you to see the stars. Stars
Like the grocery store, or
The swing park, maybe even
Your cousin's.
You'd be my baby, after all.
