How can it be?
Why are you so angry with me?
You promised it would get better,
And you'll be my friend forever.

When I was taken away,
And came home yesterday,
you were the first one I ran too,
and you waited with open arms.

Fall soon approached,
You went away for a week or two,
and when you reappeared,
everything had changed.

You wont talk to me,
and I'm trying to let go,
But its harder then you know.

If you dont want me there,
I guess I'll have to go,
How come it always seems forever ends before the the clock stops?
