The Forest and my Seeds

by Ralfy   Aug 8, 2009

Absent is the forest of tomorrow
So I will place these seeds.
I plant them in the richest soil
Here pray that nature treat them good.

Bury them a few inches deep
Six feet is too much a few inches is just right.
Will it rain tomorrow or will it drizzle?
Expose them to their just amounts.

Hopefully the sun won't singe them
But fill them with enough light to live.
I have nightmares that parasites will harm them
Despairingly I see them surrounded by weeds.

I know that my seeds will grow big,
They will out grow me.
Present are the trees, standing tall for me.
