Lines On The Paper.

by Felicia Tursi   Aug 16, 2009

Without someone there.
to tell her its okay.
She feels as if shes lost,
as if shes gone astray.
Her security is low,
her ambition high.
She just wants someone,
who wont say goodbye.
Shes holding on,
when theres nothing there.
She feels as if,
no one cares.
She dreams of,
stories untold.
But then again,
she feels so cold.
She needs a guy,
to have and to hold.
Without that she feels weak,
no once ever so bold.
Although shes happy to be here,
when shes alone it all goes away.
So she wishes for the one,
who might stop by one day.
Her pencil and paper,
are her only escape.
To fix this heart,
he'll need more than tape.
And sometimes she thinks,
this is more than she can take.
Someone needs to save her,
make her feel its not fake.
But for now she'll rely,
on the only thing thats true.
Her purple pencil,
and the lines on the paper that are blue.
