Simple.

Simple.

Why?
Is it that
in times of bad, we are left to aide ourselves,
when in times of good,
everyone's rushing to help celebrate.

Simple.

Why?
Do we care
about what others think,
when all we are doing
is erasing ourselves.

Why?
Do we want
to be known
in the eyes of all those judgemental animals,
when really, we hate being judged.

Simple.

Why?
Do we try so hard
caring about relationships
when in the end,
everyone's alone.

Why?
Are we bothered
by all of their reality.

It's so simple.
Life is so simple.
We came here to live; nothing else,
it's not complicated.

We were born on this Earth alone,
and we will leave
alone.
Live for yourself,
you'll go a long way.

Simplicity is life.
Why?
Make it complicated.

    Simple :) that's a great title for this. It was simple but your thoughts are so powerful and advanced. I really enjoyed this piece. I loved how you used questions. That's one of my favorite techniques for my poems. I also liked how well your ideas flowed into each other. Another great poem from you :) You amaze me. Nik
