Window

The way so many women sit their sadness on an elbow,
I dont want to inherit her place by the window,
Waiting for a car to stop, a star to fall, some one to change her life,
And then she died,
And then we began to dream the dreams,
And I think she cries,
I would,
She lets out a cry,
Just close your eyes and they'll all go away,
All she wanted was to love and to love and to love,
And no one could call that crazy,
One day she is trough and lets him know enough is enough,
Then he is sorry and she opens the door again,
Same story,
I am an ugly daughter; I am the one nobody comes for,
He never hits me hard,
Thats why her skin is always scarred,
Her pretty face all beaten and black,
Cannotbe falling off of the stairs,
He never hits me hard,
You lied; it was not what you said at all,
Why did you leave me alone?
I waited my whole life!
You're a liar!
They will not have gone away to come back,
For the ones I left behind,
For the ones who cannot out.
