Fade into the background

Sometimes you have one of those days when you feel like...

as if i don't exist
people just pass me by
people who use to be my friends
wont even stop to say hi
i just blend into the crowd
its not like they know I'm there
even if i scream or shout
no one will ever hear

nothing really matters now
i just fade into the background
I'm distant from the whole town
i just fade into the background

she was so in love with me
tried to reach me everyday
then one day she don't remember me
when i came by she had nothing to say
she kissed and hugged some guy
like i wasn't standing there
if it wasn't for my huge pride
i would've fallen to tears

nothing really matters now
i just fade into the background
nobody knows I'm around
i just fade into the background

now i just stand alone
with no company at all
don't know if i can go on
cause slowly i fall
but in my heart i know
if i stay strong enough
i will grow
just trust

i dont know if ill be found

    Aww well talk about a sad poem. I love this song by Ne-yo by the way. I think you used the title well and expressed how hurt this girl made you feel. I can really relate to what you are saying and it's a heartbreaking experience. But you're strong and I know you can pull through. A really emotional piece Jay. I loved it. Nik
