You Don't Know Me (Do I Know You?)

by The Lady of Shalott   Sep 18, 2009

You don't really know me.
You see the lie I show.
You can't see past my smile.
The horror you'll never know.

You think you've got me figured out.
You think you know because of what you see.
The truth is, you've known me for years,
yet, you've never truly KNOWN me.

My facade is so perfect,
I've fooled you all, it's true!
And even if you don't know me,
How can I be sure I know you?
