Push

by Jessica   Sep 24, 2009

All alone trapped in a dark room reaching out to you but you are nowhere to be found
I search for you and spot you in a distant place
i run and run trying to catch up you
and fall into your arms
but once I reach you,
you push me back into to this cold dark room
just like everyone else with lies and treachery
I thought you were different from the rest
but you left me alone and crying
wishing there was someone to hold me
and never let me go and whisper into me ear everything will be okay
I thought that was you,
I thought you would be there for me
whenever I need you
You happen to be there for everyone else but me
I gave you everything I had,
you became everything I had
and you took it all away
with just one push.
I fell out of your arms and into this dark cold place
like before
Here I am alone crying and crying
no one around to hear me
Wishing I could take my life away
but nothing around me to help me end my misery
All alone in the world just a lonely being
wondering aimlessly into the dark,
with no hope of ever being rescued
