So very sad to feel you are no longer wanted and are forgotten by the one that loved you. Well done.

This is a really sad poem..and something many people will be able to relate to.

When we want people to love and value us, we fisrt have to learn to love ourselves..something that may not be easy, if you are the first one to do so ( I am referring to myself here).
I have found it is best to treat yourself like your own best friend..that way you will at least have one good friend who will fight for your best interest.
