Humor Me

by Good Enough   Nov 13, 2009

Humor me, with your deathly eyes
That pierce me with absolute force
Carve away my empty, abused heart
There is nothing left of it anyways
Take away my blackened destiny
It burned and chard to dust
You think that your breaking me down
So humor me with your jokes
White-out my misery filled memory
I can't take them anymore today
Peel away hardened canvas
Leave me open to this dreadful world
You can't hurt me anymore

Very strong message , and nice imagery . Even though it doesn't rhyme it flows nicely . 5/5
