All Alone

by Cainer   Nov 16, 2009

All alone i break
All alone i fade away
And with it my emotion
And the spirit within

Raise your hand if you see me for me
Hold those hands in the air
I wish to count how many understand me
And how many only want to make me feel better

If there is just one women in the world
Willing to show me their hand
Please raise it against all others
Stand up so that i can be with you

I'm taking a count. and i find that it is low!
The number in which i see can be summed up
As below average and beyond helpful
The number i currently see is zero

All alone is where i find myself
Cut down from the human race
Alone is the place in which i survive
Because i now see the truth

Each and every women can see through me
They see the emptiness and darkness beneath
They know better then to get involved with a man
That knows he will never be able to offer a shed of happiness

They see what i have known for years
I'm just a shell of a man
Crusading around as a person filled with dreams
Only to realize I'm just empty not worth taking the risk

Past the point in which i can be saved
I fight feebly against what i know to be true
For every eager female body i see
I know none will be with me
