The lightbulb and the switch.

Love is like a light bulb and the switch.
You can flick it on and off, turning love on and off,
But once the light burns out or breaks,
You can never rekindle the light again.
You can always have a replacement ,
But that same light bulb can never be used to shine again.

    Thank you. i wanted to expand on it more, but i didn't know how yet. when i find time, im hoping to turn it into a real poem.

    I liked the meaning and idea behind this, it was well-thought out. If you want to elaborate on it more, go into more detail about it, that could work also. I just felt this was a bit brief. My opinion though, keep writing always.
