Weak Like Hailite [Strong like stone]

by FrozenMemories21   Nov 30, 2009

A heart of rock, locked deep in a vault.
So close you can taste it, taste the salt.
A beautiful heart, you can see through it clear.
See right past the fake smile, see the fear.
Fighting with the lock, you try to find the key.
But you can't get into the vault inside of me.
You can try it, you can keep up the fight.
But I've got a heart made of pure Halite.
Fragile to the touch, I won't let you in.
Go ahead and try, I won't let you win.
A heart made of rock, a heart made of stone.
A vulnerable one that should be left alone.
