Nothing before nothing

by Someone   Dec 1, 2009

There is nothing anymore.
Nothing in front of me,
Nothing behind me.

But tears fall from my eyes,
Hit the floor in a pitter patter of sorrow.
Is that nothing?
yes.

Forever realized that I lived a lie.
My love was nothing.
I was nothing.
Forever I will remain so.

Reach for me my beautiful death.
I cannot reach any farther.
I wait for your cold embrace.
The heat of life had destroyed me.

Death is not my only option,
But it is one I choose.
I will no longer wake with a broken heart.
For I will never sleep.

You broke my heart but you still carry the pieces in your pocket.

That's a powerful poem, desperate feelings that I can relate to but there is always another way we just don't always see it xxx
