Stranger

by Ashley   Dec 19, 2009

We will never meet, I know this will benefit you
The life you'll live will be good, hopefull, new
This is my selflessness I wouldn't want your life to be any less
We will never meet and I know this is the best

We will never meet I won't look at your face of the screen
And when you kick I won't acknowlegde you're being obscene
When you kick so hard that I can see your tiny feet
It bothers me because I know you want us to meet
And those mornings you made me vomit and tried to get me sicker
I pretended it wasn't you because it would make our bond thicker
You probably think I'm acting mean while you're inside my tummy
I just don't want to get upset when you call somone else mummy

We will never meet so I won't get attached to somone who's not mine
I just hope you're born I won't hear you crying
Just because you're crying for me to know that your alive
I have to look the other way just so I can survive
Even though we will never meet I hope you'll think of me too
I'll never know you stranger but please know that I love you
We will never meet so I'll never I'll never get to see
If one day you know this was the right thing to do and maybe you'll forgive me
