Gazing At Happiness

Staring at the stars
Wondering why they sent someone like you
To be with someone like me
You cover up my scars

Gazing at the sky
Looking for the answers
The answers to my dreams are real
I just still wonder why

Dreaming of life
And it always involves you
I can't imagine it any differently
I no longer want that life

Watching cars drive by
Wondering why I now catch myself
Waiting to see you again
Sometimes I wish I could fly

Fly to be where you are
I feel like I have never felt before
I don't want it to change
I must of wished upon the right shooting star

You are my true happiness
No longer do I ever again have to face
The harsh ways of the world alone
I no longer want to know the feeling of loneliness.
