Break

by ntv650   Dec 28, 2009

The heart will break, again it will break
We get together, you promise to be there,
But you are gone, and I find you with him.
My heart breaks, again it must break.

The soul will break, again it will break
We get together, you promise to be more,
But you are less, and I find you out here,
Where my soul breaks, again it must break.

The body will break, again it will break,
We get together, you promise to better
But you worsen, and leave me more broken,
My body will break, again it must break.

Everything inside breaks, everything breaks,
We get together, you promised everything
But you are a liar, and you gave me nothing
My world breaks, again it breaks.

Very poor poem technically, lazy vocabulary, lazy repetitions and even lazier for people to read. Perhaps some syntactic reflection but that'd be about it. Written in under five minutes and posted because of how raw it is, no other reason!
